Poetry Marathon Day!
As you may have already noticed, I have been up since early this morning (I woke up about an hour and a half before my alarm was due to go off), writing and posting my poems for this year’s Poetry Marathon. It has often been a struggle to stay awake between poems, but I have just one more poem to go to complete the half-marathon (12 poems in 12 hours) I officially signed up for.
There is a slight chance I will keep going for as long as I can stay awake (I am sooooo sleepy!); if I do, I will continue to post the poems here as well. If not, well, it may very well be an early bedtime for me tonight!
In the meantime, you can see what all the participants are posting at https://thepoetrymarathon.com/blog/.
