Couldn’t have said it better myself

I confess that I do regularly look at my site statistics to see how many views my posts get, but it doesn’t matter so much to me that I have 860-some followers instead of 8,600. I appreciate that you, the reader, are taking time to look at what I post. And I do check my notifications to see who the latest person to follow my blog is, or who liked that last post. That’s how I began following a large number of the blogs I follow—by seeing who liked that last post, following the link, and reading a few posts.

I got word this morning that the kind folks at The Raven Chronicles have accepted one of my poems for their ‘Last Call’ issue this summer.

The submission period for this, their final issue, runs through April 30th; the publication date is July 1st. Details here.
