National Poetry Writing Month 2022, Day 9

My Day 9 poem, based on the prompt at https://www.napowrimo.net/day-nine-8/

When I hear pulsars in the night sky
I bow my head and close my eyes

It’s no music of the spheres
but somehow it glistens

I tether myself
to their silk straws

I am bound
and made
new
