National Poetry Writing Month 2021, Day 14: The Kevin dilemma

My Day 14 poem is my response to the NaPoWriMo.net prompt, which involves writing a poem ‘that delves into the meaning of your first or last name.’ Ugh. This is all I have to say:

When I was a kid
I had a dictionary that had a few pages
listing names and their meanings

‘Comely birth’—what is that
supposed to mean?

And what the hell happened?
I mean, have you seen the internet lately?
