The eternal dilemma…

Sometimes, the art you see is so perfect
you have to try to make some of your own

You gather the materials
learn the technique
and begin

But it never turns out the way you think it will
every attempt is too…something

The work is original
but not in the way you’d hoped
every shortcoming on display

Do you keep it to yourself
or reveal the ugly truth once hidden…
