I don’t know what prompted this title to enter my thoughts…

Some truths are self-evident
others are accelerated by circumstance
pumps primed to bursting

Observers of truth
don’t always get it right
each side has its slant

Children of the revolution always suffer
while the revolution makes up its mind
some truths never change
