Inspired by Ksenia Anske’s example, I have lowered the prices of my print books on Amazon…
As of today on CreateSpace (it will take Amazon proper a couple of days to catch up), Separation Anxiety, Journalism, The Imperfect Document, and Quiet on the Outside… are now priced at $10, instead of $15.
(The price of the Espresso Book Machine edition of Separation Anxiety remains at $13, since I have less control over that, and a bunch of additional setup costs—including re-doing the barcode—would be involved in changing it.)
Similarly, ‘Dear Monday…’ is now priced at $17.50, instead of $20. (Unfortunately, I did not have as much leeway with that one because of the higher page count.)
This should make them less pricey overall, once shipping is added on (where applicable—Amazon Prime customers should not have to worry about that).
I have also adjusted my pricing on Square Market, for greater consistency. Prices there ($15 each for the four poetry collections, $20 for ‘Dear Monday…’) all include shipping & handling, and any applicable sales tax.
