This Is Fifty-three, day 59

I  still hate Mercury Retrograde.

The latest version of my interior PDF passed review, and the book’s status changed to ‘awaiting proof order’. So, I logged on, clicked ‘Launch Digital Proofer’, and began reviewing.

When I got to page 93, I saw this:

The PDF proof I downloaded from CreateSpace shows the graphic correctly:

At this point, I don’t want to take any chances, particularly since I checked the Digital Proofer with both Safari and Chrome, and the page in question looked the same in both. So, I have e-mailed CreateSpace to check with them about the discrepancy. I suspect I will re-upload the interior file either way, since this page was rendered correctly with previous uploads.

I’m so close! Grrrr…

UPDATE: Uploading a new file. Wouldn’t you know it—I found a typo in the credits, and decided to make a very small change to one of the graphics (good thing I saved the original in a safekeeping file before saving it as a TIFF) to fix something that was bugging me.
