Decided to ignore today’s prompt. Too difficult, if I’m to be honest.

Instead, I wrote something short, prompted by the sunny weather this afternoon…

Breathing slowly
warmed by the sun
the hint of a smile
green eyes
at peace in the moment

Breathing deeply
a sense of relief
from troubles past
closed eyes
a smile upon her lips

Stretch and yawn
on a soft bed
hands open wide
sleepy eyes
the contented smile
