Such a long week this was…

Will it catch you
with its death ray?

Ray never did have much
of a sense of humor

‘Humor’ was apparently missing
from the family dictionary
when he was a kid

Kid you not—
that dude didn’t find anything funny

Funny how that works sometimes
isn’t it?

It would have been more surprising
to make a go of it the other way

Way out where the trail disappears
sunsets and rainbows also meet
